Practical characteristics

The advantages of heat treatment are high hardness, so it can improve the defect of insufficient hardness during vacuum heat treatment.

High temperature tempering can reduce residual stress and eliminate residual Austenite, which can prevent the problems of cracking and deformation caused by wire-cut processing.

Advantages of surface hardening treatment High surface hardness after surface hardening treatment, so it can improve the performance of the mold.

Advantages in repair welding operations because the preheating and after heat temperature are relatively low, so repair welding operations are easier

Precision stamping die.

Precision punching die for wire cutting and stamping die for various purposes.

Tools for plastic deformation of difficult materials.

Die for cold forging, deep drawing and rolling.

Heat treatment specification

Annealing:

The temperature is 845~870℃, and the furnace is cooled to about 540℃ at 8~15℃/h.

Stress relief:

The temperature is about 650~675℃, cooling in the furnace

Quenching:

Preheating - temperature 790℃, every 25mm for about 20 minutes;

Austenitizing - temperature 925~980℃, every 25mm for about 20 minutes.

Quenching medium: air.

Tempering:

Low temperature tempering - temperature 175~540℃, every 25mm for about 30 minutes, air cooling, hardness HRC 61~64.
