Kovar alloy 4J29

4J29 is mainly used for the glass sealing of electric vacuum components such as transmitting tube, oscillation tube, guide tube, magnetron, transistor, sealing plug, relay, integrated circuit lead line, chassis, shell, bracket, etc. In the application, the expansion coefficient of the selected glass and alloy should be matched. According to the use temperature, the stability of the low-temperature structure is strictly tested. Proper heat treatment should be carried out during processing to ensure that the material has good deep drawing and deep drawing properties. When using forging materials, its air tightness should be strictly checked.

4J29 Application: Used to make iron nickel-cobalt alloy strip, bar, plate and pipe with hard glass matching sealing. It is suitable for electric vacuum devices such as emission tube, oscillation tube, ignition tube, transistor, tube seal plug and relay shell. It has a certain coefficient of linear expansion in the temperature range of 20℃-450℃, and can be firmly sealed with hard glass.
