SUS630 martensitic stainless steel is characterized by high hardness, high strength and corrosion resistance. In particular, precipitate-hardness martensitic stainless steel is the hardest of all types of stainless steel. After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the steel are more perfect, can reach the strength of 1100-1300MPa, this grade can not be used at high 300℃ or very low temperature, SUS630 has good corrosion resistance to the atmosphere and diluted acid or salt, the corrosion resistance of the steel is the same as 304 and 430. At present, it is widely used in high-strength parts with certain corrosion resistance requirements such as valves, shafts and chemical fiber industries.

SUS630 stainless steel heat treatment process:
1.SUS630 stainless steel solution 1020-1060℃, fast cooling
2.SUS630 stainless steel aging 480℃, after solution treatment, 470-490℃ air cooling
3.SUS630 stainless steel aging 550℃, after solution treatment, 540-560℃ air cooling
4.SUS630 stainless steel aging 580℃, after solution treatment, 570-590℃ air cooling
5.SUS630 stainless steel aging 620℃, after solution treatment, 610-630℃ air cooling.
