Heat treatment specification
Annealing:
The temperature is 845~870℃, and the furnace is cooled to about 540℃ at 8~15℃/h.
Stress relief:
The temperature is about 650~675℃, cooling in the furnace
Quenching:
Preheating - temperature 790℃, every 25mm for about 20 minutes;
Austenitizing - temperature 925~980℃, every 25mm for about 20 minutes.
Quenching medium: air.
Tempering:
Low temperature tempering - temperature 175~540℃, every 25mm for about 30 minutes, air cooling, hardness HRC 61~64.
